All our adult leaders are experienced, receive training and have a current CRB and references.  Young Leaders receive training and supervision and opportunities to work for accreditation, eg with ASDAN. They lead music, drama, craft, cookery and discussion activities in our mainstream groups as well as our special needs groups.  They also help in all sorts of other important ways eg publicity (inc designing this website!); fundraising and helping to to steer the project, eg by attending planning and management meetings.
